For getting in to training at home a set of squat stands and a bench offers a whole lot of versatility, and gives you plenty of room to grow. Theres no need to buy a press bench plus a separate squat rack - with this system you've got all the major exercises covered. For example, lets take a look at the major lifts in the Strong lifts program:
Flat bench press - check!
Squats - check!
Deadlifts - no problem, even rack pulls are possible
Military press - covered!
Bent over barbell rows - we've got those covered too!
For a solid start in strength training, you've got everything you need with this set up. Just add more weight to the 1000lb rated Olympic bar as you progress.
Squat stands
Light commercial stands are stable and light weight. These stands can be nested together in a corner when not in use. Manufactured from 50x50mm box section tubing, with 2mm wall thickness (not 1.5mm as many similar looking $99 stands are). Pop pin adjustment for the safety rails, and 10mm diameter one piece steel pin for the j hooks. Rubber feet allow the stands to be set up on any surface and reduce noise transfer through the floor.
Flat Bench
This bench is solid enough for a fitness club, with a versatility that home users will appreciate. Thick wall square tube construction means this bench doesn't rattle or wobble under load. By utilising a single front support, there is plenty of room for your feet! This design ensures you won't be constantly tripping over or standing on the front supports.

Stainless Steel centre sleeves are moulded right in to the rubber to prevent them being knocked out. The splayed opening prevents the sleeve edge from chipping your bars and racks, and also serves to strengthen the sleeve against coming out. This is one of the reasons we supply so many of these plates to commercial users! Curved esi-grip handles offer fantastic comfort and superior grip.
Unbreakable Spring safety collars are bullet proof and are quick and easy to use with one hand, as specified by our commercial clients. In addition, they won't put dents in your chromed bar as theres no locking screw clamping down on the bar.
We offer a lifetime frame guarantee, plus full 2 year warranty on adjusting pins and pads, as well as providing service and spare parts for years to come.

Can I get help choosing the right gym equipment?
Yes! Thats a big part of what we do. We welcome your questions about what items would suit you best, based on your desired fitness outcomes, available space, number of users and budget.
Our founder is a mechanical engineer who rejects low quality products as he wouldn't have them in his own gym! We just don't design products that take short cuts to keep costs down. There is a minimum standard which we stick to and we wouldn't want you to have anything we wouldn't own ourselves.
There are a lot of exercise equipment vendors now, so why buy from us?
At Cyberfit, buying from us isn't merely a transaction, its just the beginning. You've trusted us to become your supplier and we take that seriously. We've been doing this for over 20 years and thats a big part of why we're still here. Why? Because the owner is involved with every customer, every sale. You won't be hounded by a commission earning employee whose job is to 'make the sale' then move on to the next one.
The Covid pandemic saw a massive increase in demand for gym equipment. As a result dozens of online stores were founded to make a quick buck. There is now an over supply of gym equipment, so how do all of these new suppliers compete with one another? Price, and a lower landed cost is how they achieve it. Quality is poor as many suppliers have little interest in engineering a well made product that will last. Many only got in to this industry as demand was huge and there was easy money to be made. In practice a warranty is only as good as the suppliers willingness to honour it, and their response to your queries (especially if there is an issue) may well evaporate when their low price model doesn't allow for the time it takes to properly resolve issues.
