This is a complete training package for weight training, barbell lifting, including programs where floor work like deadlifts, clean and jerk, snatch, power cleans, are involved. The items you get in this package are:
1. Crossfit half rack
If you're after a compact rack solution that takes up little space, but can handle immense loads, then this is the rack for you! Rated to 400kg and built from 3mm wall thickness 70x70mm tubing. This rack is not only great for all your barbell work, but thanks to its rock solid 8mm steel plate lower joints with 4x bolts in each joint, its also stable enough for kipping pullups and muscle ups. Its a half rack but has the stability of a full cage.
With height adjustable 33mm diameter chinup bar, this rack can handle all your suspension training and rings training. The pullup bar adjusts from 2005mm, 2120mm, 2270mm to 2420mm in height. The floor tubes (that run front to back) are 1330mm long for maximum stability. This rack comes with 2x heavy duty 8mm plate steel J hooks, 2x spotter bars. Options include a dips station, core torso trainer, or a pair of utility pins (great for storing bands or plates).

3. 100kg ECO bumper plate & bar set
Economy bumper plates, for home or light commercial use. These plates allow you to get in to Olympic lifting at a far lower price. These bumpers are rated to 10,000 cycles/drops when used in conjunction with a lifting platform, or 3 layers of rubber floor mats. The set consists of:
- 4x 1.25kg black rubber discs
- 2x 2.5kg black rubber discs
- 2x 5kg ECO bumpers
- 2x 10kg ECO bumpers
- 2x 20kg ECO bumpers
- 1x 20kg 1000lb Olympic bar (220cm) with bushing + bearings
- Lockjaw collars included
This is a comprehensive strength and conditioning package - call or send us an enquiry if you'd like to add items to this package and we'd be happy to make any changes as needed. For example, if you'd like to upgrade the rack to our half rack with plate storage, or our full commercial cage we can quote you an upgrade price. The bumper plates set can also be added to, or upgraded to Elite or coloured bumpers as required.

Can I get help choosing the right gym equipment?
Yes! Thats a big part of what we do. We welcome your questions about what items would suit you best, based on your desired fitness outcomes, available space, number of users and budget.
Our founder is a mechanical engineer who rejects low quality products as he wouldn't have them in his own gym! We just don't design products that take short cuts to keep costs down. There is a minimum standard which we stick to and we wouldn't want you to have anything we wouldn't own ourselves.
There are a lot of exercise equipment vendors now, so why buy from us?

The Covid pandemic saw a massive increase in demand for gym equipment. As a result dozens of online stores were founded to make a quick buck. There is now an over supply of gym equipment, so how do all of these new suppliers compete with one another? Price, and a lower landed cost is how they achieve it. Quality is poor as many suppliers have little interest in engineering a well made product that will last. Many only got in to this industry as demand was huge and there was easy money to be made. In practice a warranty is only as good as the suppliers willingness to honour it, and their response to your queries (especially if there is an issue) may well evaporate when their low price model doesn't allow for the time it takes to properly resolve issues.
